ORDER

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that this writ petition is filed challenging the charge Memo dated 10.05.2001, which was suspended by this Court and during pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner had retired from service. He further submits that the petitioner has received the entire terminal benefits to which he is entitled to. In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
