The grievance of the petitioner in the writ petition is that the respondents are not releasing the power supply to the petitioner's premises on the ground of not producing occupancy certificate. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of WP.No.33698 of 2017 by its order dated 10-10-2017 and same is not disputed by Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 2 & 3.
For the reasons alike in the order dated 10.10.2017 in the aforesaid Writ Petition, this writ petition is also disposed of with a direction to the respondents to release the power supply to the premises of the petitioner subject to the compliance of the terms and conditions of supply and on furnishing an undertaking to produce the occupancy certificate from the concerned Municipality/Municipal Corporation within a period of three months, and if no such occupancy certificate is produced within such period, it is open to the respondents to take appropriate action in accordance with law for withdrawal of power supply. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
