THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.4758 of 2016 ORDER:

The prayer of the petitioner in this case is as under: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an order, writ or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd and 3rd respondents in interfering in the family and civil disputes between the petitioner and the 4th and 5th respondents as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct the 1st respondent to initiate action against the 2nd respondent, and pass such other appropriate order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Written instructions dated 10.03.2016 were furnished by the Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police, Boinpally Police Station, Karimnagar District, to the office of the learned Government Pleader for Home, wherein he stated that some civil disputes are pending between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents and that the police authorities are in no way concerned with the same. The Assistant Sub-Inspector also denied the allegations leveled by the petitioner as to interference by the police authorities in such civil disputes. All the specific averments made by the petitioner in this regard were categorically denied. The Assistant Sub-Inspector concluded by stating that at no point of time, the police authorities summoned the petitioner to the police station or asked him to settle his disputes with the unofficial respondents. In the light of the afore-stated stand of the police authorities, which is duly taken on record, this Court finds no reason to adjudicate this matter on merits.

Sri Srinivas Bodduluri, learned counsel for the petitioner, is also agreeable to the closure of the case recording the stand of the police

authorities.
