Bala Mohan Reddy, learned counsel representing Sri Vinod Kumar Tadakamalla, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri B.Ravindra Reddy, learned counsel for the Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited, would state that the loan account, which is the subject matter of this writ petition, was closed and the title documents of the petitioner were also returned to him.

In that view of the matter, the cause in this writ petition does not survive for consideration on merits.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. Interim order dated 22.09.2014 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
