After generating certain debate at the Bar, learned counsel for the petitioner Sri Naga Praveen Vankayalapati seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.

Permission is accorded and the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is open to the petitioners to take appropriate steps in accordance with law to assert their rights with respect to the public road, which is alleged to be closed by the respondent authorities.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand dismissed.
