THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.14223 of 2015 ORDER :

The petitioner is a ward member of Tandur Municipality. In this writ petition, the petitioner challenged the suspension of petitioner as Ward Member for a period of three months. This Court granted interim stay of the said order on 07-05-2015. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuant to the interim order granted by this Court, the petitioner was allowed to function as Ward Member. Initial order passed, which is under challenge in the writ petition was for suspension of the petitioner as Ward Member for three months, which period already expired and counsel, therefore, submits that nothing survives in the writ petition and the writ petition may be closed as no further orders are required. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed as no further orders are required. There shall be no order as to costs.
