THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.37929 of 2012 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed seeking regularization of property of the petitioners in terms of G.O.Ms.No.166 Revenue, dated 16.02.2008.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Assistant Government Pleader.

3. Learned Assistant Government pleader submits that G.O.Ms.No.166 dated 16.02.2008 has been repealed and the Government has given an undertaking in PIL.No.517 of 2013 before this Court that G.O.Ms.No.166 dated 16.02.2008 is not acted upon. As such the question of consideration of petitioners' property for regularization under G.O.Ms.No.166 dated 16.02.2008 does not arise.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners says that subsequently, petitioners have made fresh application on 13.01.2015 under G.O.Ms.No.59 dated 30.12.2014.

5. In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive. However, if the petitioners have made any such applications, it is for the authorities to consider the same whether the petitioners are entitled for regularization as per the latest G.O., in accordance with law.

6. Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
