THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NO.17364 OF 2002 ORDER:
The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner retired from service. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondentBank submits that this matter has become infructuous. However, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is entitled for some allowances. If that being the case, liberty is given to the petitioner to file appropriate application before the respondent-Bank seeking payment of such allowances and upon such application being filed, the respondentBank shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of such application from the petitioner.
