ORDER

This revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed challenging the docket order dated 06.06.2011 passed in O.S.No.59 of 2003 by the Judge, Family Court, Secunderabad, in permitting the respondent/plaintiff to lead secondary evidence for franchisee agreement solely on the ground that the petitioner/defendant did not produce the said agreement existed between the parties.

The petitioner/defendant has drawn the attention of this Court to the earlier order passed by this Court in C.R.P.No.1871 of 2006 dated 10.07.2009, wherein this Court issued certain guidelines at the end of the order. In view of the said order passed by this Court, no further order need be passed in this revision petition. 3.

Therefore, the trial Court is directed to follow the operative portion of the order passed by this Court in C.R.P.No.1871 of 2006 dated 10.07.2009, without touching the other merits of the matter, and decide the right of the respondent/plaintiff to lead secondary evidence.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
