HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.19485 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 4th respondent in not registering the FIR and in not proceeding with the investigation inspite of referring the complaint filed by the petitioner vide C.C.Sr.No.271/2012 on the file of the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad.

Party-in-person has filed copy of A-Diary dated 28-09-2012 of the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Hyderabad, which shows the complaint filed by the petitioner was dismissed as complainant was absent after granting several adjournments.

In view of the above, no relief can be granted in the writ petition as sought for.

Accordingly the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail remedies as may be available to him under law against order dated 28.09.2012 in C.C.Sr.No.271/2012. No order as to costs.
