HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K. LAKSHMAN CRIMINAL APPEAL No.50 OF 2006 ORDER (ORAL):

Sri J. Venkateswara Reddy, learned counsel for the appellant, seeks permission to withdraw the criminal appeal and to that effect he has also made an endorsement on the case file.

2. Sri A. Prabhakar Rao, learned counsel for respondent No.1, reports no objection for withdrawal of the appeal by the appellant.

3. In view of the above, permission is accorded and accordingly the Criminal Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Applications, if any, pending in the criminal appeal stand closed.
