On 03.11.2015, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and as such the matter was directed to be listed on 06.11.2015 under the caption 'for dismissal'. On that, the matter was adjourned by a week on request.

Despite the matter being listed under the caption "FOR DISMISSAL", there is no representation either in the morning or in the post lunch session. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
