HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.443 OF 2011 O R D E R :

Aggrieved by the action of the Court of Junior Civil Judge, Atmakur in not disposing of IA.No.385 of 2010 in OS.No.160 of 2010, the petitioners filed this petition.

This Court on 15.02.2011, directed the Court below to dispose of IA.No.385 of 2010 in OS.No.160 of 2010, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the order dated 15.02.2011, passed by this Court, the CRP can be closed by treating the same as final order. In view of the aforesaid submission, the CRP is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the CRP shall stand closed.
