HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.19126 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in not taking any action on the respondents 4 to 7 even though FIR No.159 of 2017 was registered on 01.07.2017 showing them as accused No.1 to 4.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that complaint made by the petitioner was enquired into and found to be false and that the police are going to file final report as false.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. However, it is open for the petitioner to avail alternate remedy as may be available to him under law. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
