The petitioner challenges letter dated 10.04.2015 calling upon the petitioner to vacate catering stall (food kiosk) on Platform No.8 at Visakhapatnam Railway Station.

Mr.T.S.Venkataramana places on record the letter addressed to Sri C.Ramachandra Raju dated 06.04.2018 and communication received from the respondent showing that the subject stall was notified, auctioned and licence was also granted in favour of the highest bidder for an amount of Rs.1,06,25,000/ - for five years. The petitioner, in view of above developments, is not interested in working out the writ prayer.
