This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the lackadaisical attitude on the part of respondent Nos.1 to 8 causing diminution of supply of water at the instance of respondent No.9 to the land of the petitioner in Survey Nos.344, 343, 344-A and 344-B, an extent of Acs.7.50 cents, situated at Narnepadu Village, Muppalla Mandal, Guntur District, as illegal and arbitrary. No representation on behalf of the petitioner on 18.04.2018. Today also, no representation on behalf of the petitioner even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
