O R D E R

Sri V.V.Raghavan, learned counsel representing Sri V.R.S. Ravinutala, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw the civil revision petition reserving liberty to the petitioner to pursue the pending proceedings before the trial Court.

The civil revision petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
