Heard Smt.K.Balamani for petitioners and the Assistant Government Pleader (Revenue) for respondents.
The petitioners pray for the following relief: "..............Writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of the respondents in handing over the physical possession of allotted Flats/Houses under JNNURM Housing Scheme in Block No.7, SF-2 and Block No.4, GF-1, at Gandhi Colony Picket, Secunderabad, as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of Article 14 and 21 of Indian Constitution and consequently direct the respondents to handover the physical possession of Flats in Block No.7, SF-2 and Block No.4, GF-1, at Gandhi Colony Picket, Secunderabad to the petitioners forthwith....." However, the counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are satisfied, if a direction is issued to 3rd respondent to consider and dispose of the representation dated 17.03.2016 said to have been filed by the petitioners, substantially in line with the writ prayer.
The statement is placed on record and the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. The petitioners are given liberty to submit a copy of representation together with the instant order within two (02) months
from today to 3rd respondent. The 3rd respondent examines the representation, after verifying the documents on which the petitioners are relying on, passes orders, as are deemed fit within six (06) weeks thereafter.
Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
