Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare for respondent No.1, and the learned Standing Counsel for Wakf Board for respondent Nos.2 and

3. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.

Aggrieved by the inaction of respondent No.2 in considering the representation made by the petitioner on 02.09.2021, the present writ petition is filed.

Having regard to the fact that the representation of the petitioner is already pending before respondent No.2, without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 02.09.2021 and pass necessary orders thereon, strictly in accordance with law, duly affording the petitioner an opportunity of hearing, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. A copy of the order that may be passed by respondent No.2 shall be communicated to the petitioner. Miscellaneous petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
