Sri P. Hema Chandra, learned counsel for the petitioners has circulated a letter dated 23.11.2016 to the Registry requesting to list this Writ Petition before the Court under the caption 'for withdrawal'.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition appears today. The learned counsel also requests that the petitioners may be given liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is therefore, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
