When the case was called on 13.07.2016, learned counsel for the petitioner was absent and as such, the matter is directed to be listed under the caption 'For Dismissal' on 14.07.2016. Again, when the case is called on 14.07.2016, though the case is listed under the caption 'For Dismissal', learned counsel for the petitioner is absent and there is no representation on his behalf. Hence, the criminal revision case is dismissed for default/non-prosecution. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
