THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT CRIMINAL PETITION No.16532 OF 2016 ORDER:

Keeping in view the averments made in the Criminal Petition and the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner/A.2, the condition to the extent that "to appear before the SHO concerned on every Sunday in between 10 a.m. to 11.00 p.m. until further orders", as imposed in Crl.M.P.No.2316 of 2016, dated 23.09.2016" passed by the Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Cyberabad at L.B. Nagar, in respect of the petitioner, is hereby relaxed. All other conditions imposed in the impugned order shall remain unaltered.

This Criminal Petition is allowed to the extent indicated above.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
