This petition is filed under Section 439(1)(b) Cr.P.C. by the petitioner/accused No.3 seeking to relax the condition 'to attend before the Court on every Saturday between 10.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m.' imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.2418 of 2017 on 03.05.2017 by the learned Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Cyberabad, at L.B.Nagar. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition. Permission is granted. 3.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
