THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. KANTHA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No. 152 of 2016 ORDER:- Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the proceedings issued by the respondents no cause survives for adjudication in the contempt case. Recording the said submission, the contempt case is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to question the proceedings issued by the respondents. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
