HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT & HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE G.SHYAM PRASAD C.M.A.M.P. No. 678 of 2017 in C.M.A. No. 304 of 2017 & C.M.A. No. 304 of 2017 JUDGMENT:- (Oral, Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) This Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking to record compromise entered into between the parties and set aside the order dated 04.11.2015 passed in O.P.No. 25 of 2015 by the learned I Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar which is under challenge in C.M.A.No. 304 of 2017.

The petitioner - Bandari Balappa, who is present before this Court, submits that there was a family dispute and the same has been compromised outside the Court with the 1st respondent - Bandari Venkatesh, who is also present before this Court.

Both the parties are identified by their respective learned counsel. The petitioner has produced photocopy of his Aadhaar Card bearing No. 9381 9034 4717 issued by the Government of India, the same is placed on record. The 1st respondent has also produced photocopy of his Aadhaar Card bearing No.5617 1077 6361 issued by the Government of India and the same also placed on record.

SKK,J & GSP,J CMAMP_678_2017 & CMA_304_2017 Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the parties out of the Court as stated by the parties, we hereby record the compromise as averred in the accompanying affidavit.

Accordingly, this Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. In view of the compromise recorded in C.M.A.M.P.No.678 of 2017, C.M.A.No. 304 of 2017 is allowed setting aside the order dated 04.11.2015 passed in O.P.No. 25 of 2015 by the learned I Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar.

The affidavit filed by the petitioner dated 25.04.2017 and the Joint Memo filed by both the parties in C.M.A.No. 304 of 2017 shall form part of the record. No order as to costs. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
