No representation on behalf of the petitioner. Heard learned Government Pleader for Revenue and perused the records.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation dated 13.10.2005 made by the petitioner for construction of houses by the members of the petitioner-society, who are patta holders in respect of land in Survey No.908 of Kukatpally Village, Ranga Reddy District, in view of the pattas granted to them in the year 1992. At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the petitioner-society has already raised constructions in the said land and hence no orders are required in this Writ Petition.
