This contempt case is filed alleging non-implementation of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.40370 of 2015 in W.P.No.31225 of 2015, dated 8.7.2016.

This Court vide order dated 24.08.2017 disposed of W.P.No.31225 of 2015 along with W.P.No.17476 of 2013 & batch. In view of the disposal of W.P.No.31225 of 2015, no further orders are required to be passed in this contempt case. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.
