Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to comply with the deficiencies pointed out in the impugned proceedings.

Permission is accorded and, accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to comply with the deficiencies pointed out in the impugned proceedings. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
