This writ petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not passing any orders on the representations of the petitioners dated 10.02.2017, 22.02.2017, 08.03.2017 and 21.09.2017 as illegal and arbitrary.
Heard M.Surender Rao, learned Senior Counsel appearing for Srinivasarao Madiraju, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri G.Praveen Kumar, learned counsel representing Sri A.K.Jayaprakash, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
Since it is stated that the representations of the petitioners in respect of their grievance are pending before the competent authority, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the competent authority is directed to consider the representations of the petitioners dated 10.02.2017, 22.02.2017, 08.03.2017 and 21.09.2017, and pass orders, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of.
