HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR TRANSFER C.M.P.No.8 of 2014 ORDER:

This petition is filed to withdraw O.S.No.52 of 2012 from the file of II Additional District Judge, Kadapa at Proddatur, and transfer the same to Principal District Judge, Kadapa.

2. Advocate for respondents represented that according to his instructions, O.S.No.52 of 2012 ended in compromise as per settlement in Lok Adalat and no cause survives.

3. Recording the submission of advocate for respondents, the transfer C.M.P. is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

9. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
