HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P. No.33469 OF 2015 ORDER:

The petitioner challenges letter dated 15.09.2015 of 2nd respondent addressed to 4th respondent, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

It is matter of record that the communication dated 15.09.2015 finally resulted in issuing proceedings No.160/ DD/ CTRMPL/ 2015 (TML) dated 25.09.2015 conferring right to sell Vijaya brand milk and milk products for a period of one year from 15.09.2015. The proceedings dated 25.09.2015 was the subject matter of challenge in W.P. No.17655 of 2016. With the passage of time, the period, for which the right was granted, was completed. The learned counsel for petitioner does not press the writ prayer. The writ petition is dismissed accordingly. No order as to costs.
