THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.28808 of 2017 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioners, the petitioners will make an appropriate representation before the authorities concerned and the same may be directed to be considered in accordance with law.

The said request is not opposed by the learned Government Pleader so also the learned Standing counsel, Sri A. Sreekantha Reddy.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, permitting the petitioners to make necessary representation before the official respondents for redressal of their grievance, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order. If any such representation is made within the time stipulated above, the same shall be considered and appropriate action be taken in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the stakeholders. No order as to costs.
