HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.26656 of 2003 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of 2nd respondent in issuing proceedings dated 27.11.2003 as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and consequently to set aside the same.

2. Advocate for petitioner represented that this Court granted interim direction in W.P.M.P.No.33743 of 2003 restraining respondents-Corporation from recovering the amount until disposal of the writ petition, which was subsequently made absolute after hearing both sides on 07.12.2004.

He submitted that petitioner retired on attaining the age of superannuation in the year 2004, therefore, no further orders are necessary and writ petition can be closed in terms of interim order dated 24.12.2003 which was made absolute on 07.12.2004.

3. Considering the submission of advocate for petitioner, this writ petition is closed in terms of interim order dated 24.12.2003.

4. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
