THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.30901 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for respondent Nos.1, 2, 4 and 5 and Sri Nimmagadda Venkateshwarlu for the 3rd respondent. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing counsel for the respondent Municipality that basing on the representation made by the petitioner along with others, the respondent Municipality initiated action by issuing notices under Section 217 of the A.P. Municipalities Act and as no explanation was submitted by the unofficial respondent, the same was confirmed and the Municipality has also contemplated to initiate further action in the matter.

By placing on record the above submissions of the learned Standing counsel, the writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
