This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/ accused under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') to quash the proceedings in F.l.R.No. 788 of 2Ol7 dated 23.O8.2017 on the file ol PS Banjara Hills, H_vderabad City, for the offences punishable under Sections 493, 42034 of the Indian Penal Code.

The crime is of the year 2017. No interim orders were passed when the case was filed in the 7,ear 2077. There is no intimation regarding the investigation. I do not lind anl, reason to keep the petition pending 3.
