This writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus to issue a direction to the respondents to consider the appeal and representation of the petitioner dated 25.12.2021 and 30.06.2022 respectively, seeking her allocation to local cadre in terms of guidelines 22 and 28 of G.O.Ms.No.317 GAD dated 06.12.2021, on the ground of her having a mentally retarded son,. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made appeal and representation on 25.12.2021 and 30.06.2022 respectively.

However, the respondents have not taken any decision thereon.

The learned Government Pleader for services-I takes notice and submits that the appeal and representation of the petitioner would be considered by the concerned authorities.

In view thereof, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent Nos.4 and 5 to take a decision on the appeal and representation filed by the petitioner dated 25.12.2021 and 30.06.2022 respectively within a period of (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall also stand closed.
