THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.1074 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A6 and A7 in Crime No.222 of 2015 on the file of the Station House Officer, III Town Police Station, Karimnagar.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that after completion of investigation, the Investigating Officer filed charge sheet before the concerned court. In view of the submission of learned Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary in this matter.
