Harinatha Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that by virtue of the interim order dated 25.01.2017 passed by this Court, the respondents have paid salary to the petitioner, as such, the issue raised in this writ petition, does not survive any longer and the matter has become infructuous.

In view of the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
