Aggrieved by the inaction of respondent-police in taking action and conducting speed and fair investigation in Cr.No.947 of 2017 inspite of representations given by the petitioner to respondents 2 and 3 on 20-12-2017, present writ petition is filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that after completion of investigation, charge sheet was also filed on 02-06-2018.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
