This appeal is preferred by the claimants aggrieved by the inadequacy or otherwise of the compensation awarded by the learned Chairman, Motor Vehicle Accident Claims Tribunal-cumFamily-cum-Additional District Judge, East Godavari District, at Rajahmundry through Award dated 21.10.2010 in MVOP.No. 21 of 2010.

When the matter is referred to Lok Adalat held on 09.09.2017, the appellants/claimants and respondents have reached a settlement by way of compromising the matter and in terms thereof, the Lok Adalat passed Award dated 09.09.2017. 3.
Today when the matter is listed, learned counsel on either side submitted that in view of compromise arrived at between the parties, Lok Adalat passed an award, dated 09.09.2017 and this appeal may be disposed of in terms thereof. The said submission is placed on record.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of compromise arrived at between the parties, no further orders need be passed in this appeal.

Accordingly, M.A.C.M.A. is disposed of in terms of the award dated 09.09.2018 passed by the Lok Adalat. 5.
Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the appeal shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
