Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that before communicating the stay orders passed by this Court, learned Principal Sessions Judge at Khammam has pronounced judgment acquitting the petitioner herein for the offences charged against him. Therefore, no further orders are required in the present Criminal Revision Case.

Having regard to the above submission, the present Criminal Revision Case is closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
