THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.21345 of 2006 ORDER:

When the matter was listed on earlier occasions, there was no representation for the petitioner. Thereafter, when the matter was listed on 12.11.2018, this Court directed the Registry to list the matter today under the caption 'For Dismissal'. Even today, when the matter is taken up, there is no representation for the petitioner. In view of the same, it is presumed that the petitioner is no longer interested in prosecuting this Writ Petition. A counter-affidavit and additional counter-affidavits were filed by respondent No.4 specifically stating that the subject land belongs to the Government, the petitioner was never in possession of the same, the subject land was alienated to respondent No.5 for construction of Electrical Sub-Station and possession was handed over as far back as in 1986. In those circumstances, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
