Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to pursue his remedies before the Armed Force Tribunal and also before the 4th respondent.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to pursue his remedies before the Armed Force Tribunal and also before the 4th respondent. It is needless to state that the 4th respondent shall entertain the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. No costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
