HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.8855 of 2015 ORDER:

The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: "... to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Certiorari calling for all the connected records including impugned proceeding of the 2nd respondent in RC.No.08/SPMU-NUHM/AP/2015, dated 25.02.2015 and the consequential proceedings of the 3rd respondent in RC.No.NGO/UHC/KNL/2015 dated 18.03.2015 and quash the same as illegal, improper, unjust, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice."

During the course of hearing, learned Government Pleader placed on record the orders passed by the Government of A.P. vide G.O.Ms.No.43, Health, Medical and Family Welfare (E2) Department, dated 28.04.2016.
