Srinivasa Swarup, learned counsel for the petitioners, addressed letter dated 20.06.2018 to the Registry stating that his clients instructed him to withdraw the writ petition reserving liberty to them to avail appropriate remedies in accordance with law before the proper forum.

Sri K. Harsha, learned counsel representing Sri M. Srinivasa Swarup, learned counsel, reiterates this prayer when this case is taken up hearing.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
