HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.13961 of 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he made application before the 2nd respondent for mutation of his name in revenue records in respect of agricultural land in Survey No.223 to an extent of Ac.1.00 wet, and Survey No.226 to an extent of Ac.1.00 and Survey No.170 to an extent of Ac.1.00 guntas dry, situated at Yerravalli Village of Markook Mandal basing on the final decree for partition of Joint family properties in IA.No.318 of 2000 in OS.No.37 of 1996. As no action has been taken, petitioner filed appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer and the RDO has directed the 2nd respondent to implement the said orders. In pursuance of the same, notice was issued to the petitioner and also other parties. Even then, no action has been taken so far. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the facts and circumstances, the 2nd respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the application of the petitioner after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as other affected parties who have been issued notices, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and take action, in accordance with law.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
