Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for respondents.

This writ petition is filed challenging the order of cancellation of fair price shop dealership authorization passed by the second respondent by proceedings dated 29.06.2017.

This Court is not inclined to interfere with the order passed by the second respondent as there is an effective alternative remedy available to the petitioner.

The writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to prefer an Appeal against the order of the second respondent in view of the availability of alternative remedy. The petitioner shall prefer the Appeal within fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
