HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.23313 of 2019 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents has informed that the case of the petitioner has been forwarded to the District Educational Officer, Hyderabad, for clarification vide proceedings dated 05.11.2019 and after receiving clarification from the District Educational Officer, Hyderabad, the case of the petitioner would be considered accordingly.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has not disputed the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel. In view of the above submissions, this Court is of the considered view that with the issuance of proceedings dated 05.11.2019, the grievance of the petitioner has been resolved. However, if the respondents issue rejec tion order, it is always open to the petitioner to challenge the same in an appropriate proceedings.
