HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Writ Petition No.45589 of 2016 O R D E R :

The Writ Petition is filed by petitioners/respondent Nos.2 to 4 seeking to declare the proceedings in Domestic Violence Case No.10 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Wanaparthy as illegal and arbitrary and consequently quash the same, which is not maintainable. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as not maintainable. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
