O R D E R

(per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) Challenge in this writ petition is to the order of detention dated 07.03.2016 passed by the Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad City, against the husband of the petitioner which was confirmed by the Government of Telangana under G.O.Rt.No.996, General Administration (Law & Order) Department, dated 05.05.2016.

Sri T.Nagarjuna Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Home (TG) would state that the issues arising for consideration in this writ petition are squarely covered by the decision rendered by this Court in W.P.No.7811 of 2016 and batch. A copy of the common order dated 13.07.2016 passed in W.P.No.7811 of 2016 and batch is placed on record. We find the submission of both the learned counsel to be correct.

That being so, in terms of the aforestated common order and for reasons alike as were mentioned therein, the writ petition is allowed setting aside the impugned order of detention. Consequently, there shall be a direction to the authorities forthwith release the petitioner's husband from jail. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
